2021 Word of the Year
As we near the end of 2021 , I want to share my word of the year. At the end of 2020, I wrote about adaptability, and while there are many words I could use to describe my 2021 (because it has been quite the year!) the one that sticks out for me is virtual.

Prospects and Executive Engagement - What Works?
Executive engagement strategies should largely focus on existing customers. Sometimes, prospects are a good add to the mix and can bring forward new results
Honesty is the Best Policy When it Comes to Customer Engagement
Growing up, I would often hear the saying that “honesty is the best policy.” It’s always best to be upfront, otherwise you’re only masking underlying issues and more often than not, that lid won’t remain closed.
